Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark have posed for stunning new portraits, which have been unveiled in Copenhagen. They being displayed at the National History Museum as part of their Iconic Portraits exhibition on August 25, 2016

Danish Crown Prince Frederik posed looking straight at the camera, with hands clasped together in front of him, wearing his royal military attire in Amalienborg.


Crown Princess Mary visited the National History Museum on Thursday August 25th to view her portrait being displayed, wore a summery floral dress and was pictured with the photographer Marco Grob.

Crown Princess Mary wears a soft golden-beige dress with short sleeves that fits her figure to the waist, where it slightly flares out over her hips.  Her hair pulled back in an elegant updo with her Ruby Parure Tiara tiara perched on her head. The tiara belonged to Queen Ingrid, Prince Frederik's grandmother, and is part of a set that includes a necklace, earrings, brooch and a ring. She is also wearing a stunning diamond and amethyst necklace, with matching earrings and bracelet. The Crown Princess is wearing her Order of the Elephant on a blue sash.

Danish Crown Princess Mary wore a summery floral dress by Dolce & Cabana and smiled as she was presented with flowers from an employee of the cultural institution.
