Danish Queen Margrethe Visits FDF Scouts Summer Camp in Ry, Denmark, on July 7, 2016.

Queen Margrethe arrives to FDF summer camp in Ry, Denmark, on July 7, 2016. The Queen and her entourage, which includes Foreign Minister Kristian Jensen (R, 1st, behind the Queen), took a long tour through the camp where some 11.500 children and youth between 9 and 18, of these 600 international from 28 nations, spent a 9 days together over a specific theme. This year it is pollution of water - spun into a fairy tale and adventure story. The Queen is protector for FDF and the yearly summer camp has taken place since 1967.

On the photo the Queen was special guest to the opening of the camps theater play, which story was spun over the theme for the camp. The Queen and her entourage, which includes Foreign Minister Kristian Jensen, took a long tour through the camp where some 11.500 children and youth between 9 and 18, of these 600 international from 28 nations, spent a 9 days together over a specific theme.

The camp last for the next 9 days. During her visit the Queen, who is the protector of FDF, took a long tour through the camp and looked at the activities and creativity of the scouts.
