Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York in a sophisticated blue dress that nipped in at the waist and featured a dipped hemline, as well as navy colored panels around its capped sleeves and middle. Teamed her frock, with an elegant black fascinator that sat atop of her fiery red locks and featured netting that hung across her face. She was clutching onto a huge umbrella to ensure she stayed relatively dry while taking on the grey skies as she stepped out into the grounds as the horse racing got underway.

  1. It's quite a nice dress, but it fits her so badly. Way too tight. I size larger, even if it had to be tailored afterwards length, would have made it a classy look. The way she chose it, all I can see is that it doesn't fit. Too bad, it's a very elegant dress and it's still a complete miss in my opinion. I applaud her choice of flats on a wet grass day.
