Queen Elizabeth II opens Aberdeen Royal Infirmary hospital roof garden on September 29, 2017

Reverend James Falconer shows Queen Elizabeth II the Robertson Family Roof Garden during a visit to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The Robertson Family Roof Garden, which features flower beds and benches, gives patients and their families a space to relax during their hospital stays.

Queen Elizabeth looked simply elegant, dressed in a blue tweed coat and matching hat as she opened a roof garden at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The Queen also met volunteers who helped make the roof garden a reality on September 29, 2017.
