for a playful ruffle-skirt look, beamed as she met officials, removing one of
her black gloves to shake their hand. She also wore black tights and platform
heels that appeared to have a flash of Christian Louboutin red on the sole. She
completed the look with eye-catching pearl cluster earrings, black gloves and a
clutch.
